CherriArtsy - Custom Artwork Guidelines:

Welcome to CherriArtsy's Custom Artwork orders!

These guidelines explain how I handle custom artwork orders so that you know exactly what to expect, and this way we have a smooth and enjoyable experience together! ♡

↓ By ordering from me, you agree to all of the Guidelines below. ↓

1. GENERAL INFORMATION:

-All commissions are for personal use only unless a separate commercial use is agreed upon in writing via email or message.

-I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I am uncomfortable with or that does not align with my artistic abilities.

-Communication will primarily be handled through email or private messaging.


2. PAYMENT:

-USD Prices only.

-Orders are all due upfront.

-The client is responsible for any payment processing, exchange, or transfer fees.

3. PROCESS:

-Inquiry – You will send me your request with any details you have that will help me draw out your imagination! (references, size, style, etc.).

-Payment – You will send the required payment.

-Sketch Review – I will send you a few rough sketch’s for approval.

-Progress Updates – I will send 1–2 work in progress (WIP) updates during my process.

-Final Delivery – Upon completion, I will send you multiple high resolution file formats for you to use via email or a download link.

- I will respond to any messages or questions within three business days.

4. REVISIONS:

-Sketch stage: Up to 3 minor revisions allowed.

-Coloring/final stage: Up to 2-3 minor revisions allowed.

-Major changes after approval may be accepted under certain conditions.

5. USAGE RIGHTS:

-Personal Use: You may print the artwork for yourself, post it online (with credit), or use it as a profile picture/banner.

-No redistribution: You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute the artwork unless we talk about commercial uses before the artwork is made via email or private messaging.

-Artist Rights: I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio or social media. If you’d like the work to remain private, please request this before payment.

6. WHAT I WON'T DRAW:

-NSFW / explicit adult content

-Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive material

-Demonic or satanic imagery 

-Anything I feel is outside my artistic abilities.

7. REFUND POLICY:

-Before placing an order, please ensure that you are financially prepared to
complete the payment, as orders should only be made when you are certain
you can follow through.

-No refunds are available.

-When you pay this means you have accepted my Guidelines.

10. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES:

-I may update my Guidelines at any time, but I will only do so for new Artwork Orders.
