All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed (These rules are different for Personalized Art Classes, please check the policies there to see)

Please check your order and contact us immediately if any issues occur. We will check the issue and, if applicable to our policies, work with you to resolve it.
This does not guarantee a refund, but we will do our absolute best to make things right when an error is on our end.
