To make this a smooth experience for all students, including the mentor, the following booking terms and conditions apply to all classes with CherriArtsy. These guidelines help protect both the student and mentor, while keeping a comfortable space to create ♡

1. Booking & Payment

1. All classes must be booked 24 hours in advance.

2. Full payment is required to secure your spot.

3. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

4. Spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

1. Students may reschedule their class with at least 24 hours notice.

2. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class may or may not be accepted.

3. Each student is allowed one reschedule per booking.

3. Missed Classes

1. If a student misses a scheduled class without giving a 24 hours notice, the class may be cancelled.

2. Missed classes without notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

4. Late Arrivals

1. If a student arrives late, the class will still be up for one hour unless the student arrives significantly late.

2. This ensures fairness for all students and keeps scheduling consistency.

5. Refund Policy

1. Refunds are not guaranteed once a class is booked.

2. Refunds may be given, as listed number 2, 3, and 4. Refunds for any other reason will be put under consideration by the instructor.

6. Instructor Cancellations

1. If the instructor needs to cancel a class, students will be offered:
- A rescheduled session
or
- A full refund

7. Technical Issues (For Online Classes)

1. Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection (If you have trouble connecting to the link sent to you through email, you will be assisted)

2. If technical issues occur on the instructor’s end, the class will be rescheduled or refunded.
